We provide virtual coaching and ship products to customers worldwide. By purchasing or using our services/products, you agree to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms (including our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations section) are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, USA, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Non-Waivable Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable consumer protections that apply under the laws of your place of residence (e.g., mandatory cooling-off rights or statutory guarantees where applicable). Where such rights apply and cannot be waived, we will honor them.

Cross-Border Compliance. You are responsible for complying with all local laws that apply to your purchase, use, and importation of our products/services in your location (including health-product import rules, device regulations, and any taxes/duties/fees).

Currency, Duties & Taxes. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs and any customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage, or clearance fees on international shipments.

Export & Sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or party subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions, and you will not use our products/services in violation of U.S. export laws.

Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls to the extent of any conflict.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

Pharmaceutical-grade supplements (including all consumables).

Miscellaneous health products/devices (e.g., grounding sheets, nebulizers, personal-use accessories).

Consulting services (including Discovery Calls and follow-up consults). Once a Discovery Call is completed, your information is routed to a practitioner for review immediately and is non-refundable.

Care Plans (e.g., Essential, Comprehensive, Advanced). These bundled programs are non-refundable because they include multiple components (discounts tied to auto-pay/auto-ship, lab testing allocations, gifts, materials, and service access) that cannot be unbundled or reversed.

We do not accept returns for “change of mind,” preference, or tolerance issues. No exchanges.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival (Limited Remedy)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and original packaging. Upon verification, we may provide a replacement of the same item or store credit (at our discretion).

Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

This limited remedy does not apply to normal wear, misuse, or user damage.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Subscriptions / Auto-Ship

You may cancel future auto-shipments at any time before the next billing date. Cancellations are prospective only; we do not prorate or refund charges for orders already processed or shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have entered fulfillment or shipped cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after purchase; if the order has not begun processing, we’ll attempt to stop it (not guaranteed).

Billing Errors / Chargebacks
